Shipping Information:All orders will be processed 1 - 2 business days after purchased.If an order contains an item with a delayed ship date, the entire order will ship together. Eeeejnn is not responsible for delays due to weather. For Standard Shipping items arriving via UPS or FedEx: a tracking notification will be emailed to you as soon as order leaves warehouse. The email contains information on how to track your order until it arrives.No-Hassle Delivery + Assembly or Doorstep Delivery orders: typically around five business days after purchase, the delivery service will contact you and schedule a delivery time at your convenience. They will also call you the day before delivery to further confirm the delivery time and date.Curbside Delivery: a tracking notification will be emailed to you as soon as your order is ready for shipment. And to keep our costs low, we offer delivery through carefully selected, professional third-party delivery companies. Email and text confirmation of delivery date/time will be sent to you via the delivery company. Please note that we are not affiliated with any such shipping service. Orders shipped to any destination other than the US are final sale and exempt from returns. Duties & Taxes: Import duties and taxes will be displayed with shipping charges at the time of checkout. Order Processing: International orders will be packed and ready to ship within 1-2 business days of order placement. Business days are Mondays through Fridays, excluding holidays. International orders are subject to customs clearance, which may cause delays beyond provided delivery estimates. Exchange Rates: Orders are paid in USD and the exchange rate will be calculated at time of purchase by the customer’s credit card processor. We are unable to offer adjustments for exchange rate changes. The exchange rate and international credit card fees will be dependent on the credit card that the customer is using. Delivery Times Delivery times are posted on individual product pages and are our best approximation depending on availability and materials.
